HOW DO I JOIN A MEETING FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Go to the Book Online tab and register. Once you book a group you'll get an email linking you to the zoom meeting. Just click the link at the scheduled time to join the video conference.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY INFORMATION?

All bookings are secure and confidential.  Meetings are password protected and all participants are approved by the facilitator before being admitted to each session. Meetings are recorded for added security. Recordings will not be shared with anyone outside of the group.

HOW CAN I WORK WITH CARLY?

Carly runs Dead Marker Alchemist services which are designed for people of all ages, seeking to approach education as lifelong learners.


Carly is a support provider for SelfDesign and K to 12 learners in BC, Canada can obtain funding to work with Carly by enrolling with this independent school at selfdesign.org 


Learners ages 3 to 18 can also work with Carly on Outschool.

WHO FACILITATES THE MEETINGS?

Carly Filewich is the facilitator of all Dead Marker Alchemist meetings. Carly attended the University of Victoria to complete a bachelor of Child and Youth Care with an early years specialization. She has 3 children and her family resides on the traditional territory of the Tla'amin Nation.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

If you can't attend your scheduled meeting, I'll send you a refund (minus the PayPal fees) up to a week in advance of the start date. If you decide to cancel at less than a weeks notice the refund is 50%.  For multi-session groups I don't refund for missed meetings once the group has started.
By joining this learning community, participants agree to behave respectfully towards other learners and their families. Any acts of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or other forms of bigotry will result in immediate removal from my learning spaces without refund.
Inappropriate conduct or use of services may result in termination of services without refund.
